Trends

Product trends are monitored by our Product Development Team, identifying emerging patterns and shifts in consumer preferences. This proactive approach enables us to stay ahead of the competition and innovate effectively, ensuring that our offerings remain relevant and appealing.

Market Data

We work closely with our customers, monitoring and using Market Data to inform our decision making, ensuring that we understand their evolving needs and preferences. By collecting data insights, we can adapt our strategies and offerings to better align with market demands, fostering deeper relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Taste Panels

Taste panels are conducted on a regular basis. These are carried out in house and independently with a Food Innovation Centre in a specialist sensory evaluation suite. This provides a fantastic platform to test the organoleptic properties of new and existing recipes, providing us with a rounded view on how our products are performing.

Independent Focus groups are used to assess the suitability of potential product ideas.
