Fairy Cakes
Fairy cakes are where it all started for our Business, and we pride ourselves in the same traditional fondant icing which has stood the test of time, remaining a customer favourite since we began production back in 1968. The traditional fairy cake product has been developed to include our popular variety packs which include filled and iced variants with assorted flavours.
Butterfly Cakes
Our traditional butterfly cakes are hand finished to achieve a delicate crafted look. Appealing to a wide range of tastes and occasions, butterfly cakes are a very popular product variant.

Gluten free products are an important part of our product range. When we set out to develop our gluten free range our aim was to create a product that all of the family could enjoy. We are proud to have created gluten free versions of our core product range; muffins, cupcakes, fairy cakes, butterfly cakes, including seasonal variants. Each of these products can be tailored to your specification with a variety of recipe flavours, toppings, fillings and pack formats.

Our muffins, cupcakes, fairy cakes and butterfly cakes may be customised for seasonal events and exciting limited edition product themes! Throughout the year our product development kitchen create eye catching products for seasonal occasions, including; Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Gluten free versions of our themed / seasonal cakes are also available.
