Our team of around 250 people have been developed over the last fifty years, by combining experience, education, and skills that fit our business needs. Most of our key positions are filled by promoting from within.

Ongoing training is provided to help our employees develop their skills and reach their goals. We work with local colleges, and expert training providers focusing on personal development and leadership skills.

Additionally, we hold employee team days to promote team building and communicate business developments.
